NASM Personal Training

I am certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), founded in 1987.
NASM is the most respected name in fitness and wellness.
This is a rigorous certification program that requires hundreds of hours of study and practical training to pass the examination.
NASM programs are written by experts in health, wellness, and sports performance, and designed by a team of experts who are devoted to fitness as a way of life.

Harvard Medical School

I am certified to design a Sustainable Nutrition Plan by Harvard Medical School.
Achieving your physical and mental health goals is not only about working out the right way, but also designing a nutrition plan that is sustainable and works for your lifestyle and tastes.
Alongside doctors, nurses, and other medical practitioners I studied how to design a Sustainable Nutrition Plan at Harvard.
I start by listening to your eating and hydration habits and documenting them. I ask questions about your personal tastes and habits. I then write a customized nutrition plan that follows a weekly schedule. I'll be checking and measuring your progress! My job is to transform you, and you'll love the holistic process.


Krav Maga Level 1

Krav Maga is a self-defense and military hand to hand combat system developed in Israel.
Over several months I trained one-on-one with Ronnie James Hughes, an Ex- British army military training specialist. Ronnie trained elite forces to be combat ready.
Designed for self-protection, all of my sessions include 15 minutes training on techniques to ensure your personal security.
My goal is to get you looking great, feeling even better, and ready for threats to your personal well-being.
