The intensity of each work-out is customized to your ability.

Each session lasts 15 minutes more the standard 60, including extra time to stretch, discuss progress, and nutrition plans.

Most of all, training with me is not only effective, but also fun!

Come by yourself or do it with a friend or partner.

The price is an additional $50 per session for the 2nd person. Each person receives their own customized nutrition plan.

Group size is limited to 2 people to ensure properly divided individual attention.
